At this festival organized by the association «Les Pieces de Saint Vincent», the winemakers implore the protection of the saint and thank him for the abundance of the harvest. It is the first manifestation of the year of wines of Provence to present, in front, the rosés and whites of the new vintage to visitors, tasters and passionate. The festival brings together the Coteaux Var en Provence, the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, the Côtes de Provence La Londe, the Côtes de Provence Fréjus, the Côtes de Provence Pierrefeu, the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, the Bandol, Bellet and the IGP wines of Var.
