DOMAINE SAINT-MITRE
A family estate of 35 hectares owned by winegrowers originally from Champagne, this very old property (bastide dating from 1817 and cellar from 1898!) has been entirely renovated: the bastide has been restored to its former glory, the cellar has been modernised and equipped with ultra-modern tools and equipment to ensure optimum vinification of the grape juice. The vineyard, which has undergone a wave of new plantings, produces wines with the AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence, including the medal-winning M rosé, vintage 2000, and IGP Vin de Pays du Var in all three colours.
