Récif, the gastronomic restaurant of the hotel Les Roches Rouges, has been awarded a Michelin star. It offers an inventive Provencal cuisine, where Chef José Bailly works with imagination on the products of the day's fishing and the vegetable garden, in a menu inspired by the pages of La Cuisine Provençale de tradition populaire by René Jouveau. The Anecdotes and Mare Nostrum menus are respectively served in 5 or 7 steps for a unique culinary journey in a refined decor, where wood dominates, or facing the sea. A food and wine pairing is offered as an extra.
