In the calm of the pine forest of Valescure, on the terrace, by the pool or in the large dining room, discover a menu that changes with the seasons. The chef, who only works with fresh produce, offers you a market cuisine with Mediterranean flavours, ceviche of bass marinated in the Provençal style and its lemongrass emulsion, poultry medallion garnished with its mushroom duxelles, polenta with lavender, the spirit of the calisson... At lunchtime, go to the brasserie of the Valescure golf club house, a few meters away. Lounge atmosphere in the evening.

Excellentes prestations, staff d'une gentillesse et d'une empathie jamais vues, bornes de recharge sur le parking.... Le tout pour un prix raisonnable, bref on est proche du paradis

Hôtel situé au calme dans un espace arboré. Le personnel est très souriant et accueillant.
Les massages prodigués par Sarah ont été très bien réalisés et se sont avérés très relaxants. Les services du spa (hamam, sauna, douche chaud/froid et jacuzzi) sont très propres et très fonctionnels.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet avec des produits de qualité.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The place is located in a very beautiful place, immersed in a green aerea. The hotel offers you different activities/ facilities. We have tried tennis for free. Only 30 sec distance by walking, you can find a very cute spa. We have been there for 2 mornings. We have enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing spa and I have tried also 2 different massages. Sarah, the person working in the spa, made feel us comfortable but most of all she is a really expert therapist. I highly recommend the place that helps you disconnect from the routine.
