A place where you'll find dishes and charcuterie to restore the prestige of bistro cuisine.

In this street hidden behind the town hall, this address has always kept, since 2013, its authenticity of bistro in an appropriate decor. The saga of canaille dishes continues: the famous andouillette from Haut-Var, from the Autran charcuterie in Callian, old-fashioned mustard, marrow bone au gratin in the oven and its Bordelaise-style mussels, filet of Charolais beef with Bordelaise sauce, homemade fries, etc. All washed down with good little wines to choose from a good forty references from many regions of France...

Bistro sympa, accueil souriant et sympathique. Escargots revisités et os à moëlle en entrées, andouillette de qualité et filets de loup en plats. Tout était très bon ! On reviendra !

Nous cherchions un resto un 2 novembre à 20h, le patron nous a rit au nez quand nous nous sommes présentés... effectivement nous n'avions pas réservé mais un minimum de solicitude aurait été la bien venue...
Donc, nous n'y retournerons plus.
