Since 1922, and its creation by Mrs. Pastorel, whose grandson Charly Floccia has ensured its continuity, this restaurant has seen many chefs come and go. The latest is Jean-Pierre Pailleret, assisted by his wife Chantal, who serves with care in the long corridor and the interior courtyard which, depending on the season, is transformed into a winter garden or a pleasant patio. The contemporary cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal and mostly local products. The Friday aioli remains a must for gourmets.
