Au Caprice des deux, since 1994, is the story of a brother and a sister, who have a passion for cooking and sharing. The chef Stéphane Avelin, who only works with fresh products, knows how to highlight a regional and traditional cuisine. You will appreciate his "œuf cocotte" (organic) with truffles, his chicken supreme with crayfish, his roast fillet of Charolais beef "façon Caprice" (400g for two) accompanied by a risotto with truffles, Béarnaise sauce, truffle sauce. Le foie de veau n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances, trois petits morceaux au lieu d’une belle tranche comme nous en avons l’habitude!
