For lunch and dinner, by the pool, Chef Francesco Ruggeri is happy to prepare antipasti to get you started: cream of pea and mint soup, monkfish and mixed baby greens or tempura of prawns, zucchini flower stuffed with Pugliese burrata, herb pesto and candied tomatoes to give you an idea. For the main course, the authentic tagliatelle carbonara or a homemade osso buco Piedmontese style with polenta. It's wonderful. Vegetarians can opt for a risotto with morels and Norcia truffles.
