Le Chef nous transmet au travers de sa cuisine sa passion du "produit" en 7 actes !
Le personnel n'a pas manqué de vérifier mes allergies et le Chef de réaliser sur le vif certaines adaptations tout au long de mon voyage culinaire.
Et quand on pense avoir le sommet, l'équipe en salle nous fait vivre une expérience sensorielle qui nous laisse encore des étoiles dans les yeux !
