Rooms are of decent size. Great service and help with everything: reservations, directions, birthday celebration etc.

Service parfait, chambre de belle superficie décoration agréable, on s y sent comme dans une belle maison de vacances.
Les patios et la piscine en font un bel endroit de détente.

Découvert lors d'un petit séjour, cet établissement possède un très bon emplacement face à la mer et à proximité à pied, des plages et du centre, le service est très satisfaisant, les chambres sont magnifiques.
Puis cette architecture provençale s'insère à la perfection dans la symbolique de Saint-Tropez.
Enfin cet hôtel possède un bon restaurant et bénéficie d'une belle piscine.
Lors de notre arrivée la télécommande de la climatisation affichait 18 degrés à une puissance maximale sauf que aucune fraîcheur ressentie dans la chambre, chose que nous avons immédiatement signalé. Plusieurs employés de l’hôtel l’ont également constaté. Après une longe attente, le gérant s’est enfin déplacé et m’a manqué de respect comme personne auparavant.
Ce gérant n’avait donc AUCUNE solution pour la climatisation défectueuse a part un VENTILATEUR, non ce n’est pas une blague. Pour une chambre à 380€ la nuit, la seule solution était un ventilateur. Je cite, le gérant ne s’est pas gêné pour rajouter que « DE TOUTE FAÇON CEST LA CHAMBRE LA MOINS CHÈRE QUE VOUS AVEZ PRIS » : absolument un scandale qui prouve du non professionnalisme de l’établissement. Le gérant est parti sans finir la conversation, juste du jamais vu.
Nous n’avons eu aucune nouvelle et solution pendant 4 jours, jusqu’au moment où un dépanneur serait venu sans que nous soyons prévenu. Mon mari travaillant dans la climatisation depuis plus de 30 ans , je vous assure que cela n’est toujours pas fonctionnel a 100%.
Bref, nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial, aucune remise, ni geste de service de la part de l’établissement ce qui prouve bien l’incompétence de l’établissement.
Nous venons chaque année à Saint Tropez et ne remettrons plus jamais les pieds ici. Nous conseillons d’ailleurs le Mas de Bellevue ou encore le Pre de la mer.

You'll note the booking in question was for three people. I was one of those three people, so yes my name is not on your books, but I was booked to stay in your hotel with the primary guest. So what you are saying is the hotel was fully booked and that's why you had to backpedal on our booking, because you are double booking people? I was also witness to your staff member's extreme rudeness on the phone. The unprofessional responses to reviews that are reflection of your customers experiences is a reflection on your poor professionalism. People should be wary of booking with a business that responds this way.
1. You provided a price for 3 nights, which I agreed to pay & provided my credit card details (which illegally is a contract)
2. Another member of staff the on another day decided that the price would be an extra €200
3. When I spoke on the telephone to your staff to explain (& I provided the email stating the price I was quoted and agreed upon), she was extremely rude and hung up on me
4. I then received an email saying the booking had been canceled (clearly indicating that a booking had been made)
5. The issue was based on YOUR error with the booking
6. You canceled the booking on due to YOUR error (not to mention the extremely rude customer service & hanging up on me)
There is nothing misleading - these are the facts and I have email evidence of this I can post online. This is very poor customer service, particularly for a small family business. It seems that you were offered a better price so you canceled my booking. To say ‘you have plenty of time to make a booking elsewhere’ highlights this.
Today I received a phone call from the hotel 'manager' saying the room I had booked was no longer available at the booked price as the staff member who made the booking 'made a mistake' with the price (the room was 420 euros/night - also as advertised on the website). The 'manager representative' who called said if I didn't take the room and pay an extra 200 euros then she was canceling my booking. After questioning why I now had to pay for the hotels apparent 'mistake' after providing payment details for the quoted price, she states she was canceling the booking and hung up the phone on me. I sent an email explaining that we wanted to keep our booking (despite her being completely unprofessional and rude), which was swiftly followed by an email stating my booking was canceled.
Being peak season and already having booked flights, time off work, etc., we are now left without anywhere to stay - which is incredibly hard to find anywhere due to it now being last minute peak season.
I would strongly reconsider booking this hotel as they may also ruin your much anticipated holiday.
We are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered while trying to book at our hotel. Nevertheless your message isn't stating the reality. Indeed, the booking has never been confirmed to you since we do not accept booking for less that 5 nights during peak season (july/august) and your stay was 3 nights only. Nobody asked you for 200 euros more for this stay, this information is misleading. You never received a confirmation only a proposal. We asked you to either stay for 5 nights or as we did a proposal for 3 nights by mistake to pay the normal rate for peak season which is 540 Euros per night and not 420 Euros as you can see on our website and/or on booking.com. We are sorry you don't find an alternative but in saint-Tropez in this season you have to plan in advance and pay the due price. Our hotel is a family owned boutique hotel with only 17 rooms and suite so we are unable to satisfy all requests unfortunately. Your stay is for the end of august so you have plenty of time to find another solution, your message is thus inapropriate and we told you the day after our proposal that the room had been finally taken.
