The revitalization program includes rooms named after illustrious visitors, with a new Simone Duckstein room to seal the bonds of remembrance, a "table du soleil" where the chef serves up a Mediterranean menu based on local vegetables, daily fish and market produce, and a bar to reconnect with the past (the Saint-Germain-des-Prés).
