Barbarac is THE ice cream parlour in Saint-Tropez: since 1988, Harry Teneketzian has been delighting young and old alike with his original creations.
Turbinated for an hour before presentation, these sublime ice creams and sorbets in a variety of flavors - melon, vanilla, coconut, licorice, yogurt, raspberry, pink grapefruit - are pure delights made with fresh, natural ingredients and crafted in the true Italian tradition. Harry Teneketzian, the creator, also makes ice creams in original flavors and has created a light ice cream concept with 5 flavors: plain yogurt, blueberry yogurt, raspberry yogurt, strawberry yogurt and peach yogurt, where sugar is replaced by aspartame.
