Restaurant with terrace in Sainte-Maxime preparing creative and home-made dishes with fresh products
The new owners, Claire and Patrick Derobert, have kept the identity of the restaurant, the one that made its reputation. The old advertising posters on the theme of pasta still have their place, as well as the soft cushions on the shaded terrace. In this very cosy and warm place, with a very family atmosphere, the watchword is home-made. Here, everything is made on the spot, the products are fresh, the dishes are cooked to the minute and the chef likes to let his creativity go, pan-fried octopus with chorizo, ravioli niçois au jus de daube.
