This restaurant, founded in 1949 and run for three generations by the Hertig family, awaits you with its pretty covered terrace, very pleasant in fine weather. Prices are low for quality Provencal cuisine featuring seafood platters, lobster from the fish tank, stuffed mussels, the traditional bouillabaisse... but also daily specials and a wide variety of suggestions: Provencal feet and packages, linguine with bottarga or stuffed squid, fish mousseline with spinach and Espelette pepper...

Le service est bien, souriant, agréable et rapide mais le couac est gustatif, pas au top.
Ma femme a prit une rascasse avec des pâtes baignée dans l'huile et j'ai prit une souris d'agneau confit qui est convenable mais le plat était fade, frite trop cuite.

Excellents vins de Provence.
Bravo à tous et particulièrement à Tom pour sa préparation du tartare en « direct » !
