Take some height for lunch or dinner, by settling on the superb terrace which overhangs the port of Sainte-Maxime. This marine view encourages you to taste iodized products, shellfish, a fish soup from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Admiral's great aioli, a fillet of bass with champagne sauce or the back of cod in Provencal crust. But the chef will also delight you with beef tortellini with truffle cream, risotto with early vegetables or beef filet on the grill.

On paye le cadre en fait car la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur. L'aïoli c'est un scandale, assiette peu raffinée avec un bout de potiron jeté dans l'assiette ! L'assiette du pêcheur n'en parlons pas , du poisson surgelé qui nage dans un fond de soupe en boîte. Allez prendre des cours dur le port de La Ciotat ou de Sanary

Ce restaurant reste une bonne adresse sur Sainte Maxime ou le prix est à la hauteur de la qualité des plats. Seul bémol, le choix dans les menus est restreint par rapport aux années précédentes
