Family house in Sainte-maxime making simple but good dishes, pizzas, pasta and homemade tiramisu

The welcome at this family-run restaurant, tucked away in a small street in the center of town, is warm and the food is simple but very good. You can come and have a drink while munching on a few morsels: glazed risotto with organic raw ham and passion vinaigrette, lobster salad, avocado and vegetable tuna tataki, scallop and prawn brochettes, turbot filet with white passion butter, before finishing with an exotic leafy dish or a homemade strawberry charlotte.

Bon restaurant, l'acceuil est un peu froid. Très bonne cuisine, servi par des professionnels qui connaissent leurs travails. Prix dans la moyenne, en saison il est préférable de réserver.

Recommend by our Airbnb host, the food at Chez Fred is incredible. The steak & fries were amazing and a must if you go here! The staff were also lovely and provided us a table without a reservation!

Très bon restaurant. Le chef fait une cuisine raffinée, c'est d'abord un plaisir avec les yeux et puis gustativement . Le service et le cadre est agréable. Je vous le conseille.
