La Badiane restaurant, located in an alleyway in the heart of Sainte-Maxime village, carefully prepares tasty dishes.
In an alley in the heart of the village, behind a discreet facade hides one of the best addresses in Sainte-Maxime. Here you enter the lair of the chef Geoffrey Poësson, an adventurous cook who chose to open his first address here a few years ago. The interior as well as the furniture are elegant, announcing a moment of certain refinement. On the plate, the flavors are carefully harmonized: lobsters in ravioli, cooked and raw fennel, licorice and aniseed broth or roasted saddle of lamb with anchovies and olives. A beautiful moment!

An outstanding meal in every respect. From the amuse - a pea emulsion with herring ‘chips’ and yuzu capsules - to the entrees of chicken and veal, all were perfectly cooked and presented. Service was impeccable with excellent recommendations for wine to accompany our meals. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Sainte-Maxime.

J'avais déjà eu la chance de goûter les plats de ce restaurant il y a quelques années. J'en garde un excellent souvenir. Et lors de ma dernière expérience j'ai été de nouveau convaincu par l'établissement. Alors oui c'est un peu chère mais pour ma part, je préfère m'offrir un excellent moment que je garderai en souvenir longtemps plutôt que 3 4 restaurants correct que j'oublierai le lendemain. Merci.
