De l’amuse bouche au plat, c’était très bon, cuisine raffinée!
Le seul hic, le dessert… quelle déception de ne pas terminer par une bonne note sucrée!
Le Paris Brest aux fraises, le choux était trop cuit donc sec et la crème pâtissière insipide.
Quand je l’ai précisé au serveur, peu de réactions juste que la chef pâtissière est nouvelle…
