Charles, the youngest member of the Pierrugues family, took up the torch of this pastry and chocolate shop, which has been famous since 1920 for its no-sugar-added chocolate and "Maximoise". Today, the master chocolatier sets himself apart by expanding his range of chocolates with original, exotic notes, and by handcrafting his own ice creams and sorbets based on fresh fruit. Fine pastries can be enjoyed from morning to night, facing the port of Sainte-Maxime, on the patisserie's terrace or in the tearoom.
