A l'improviste is a former bar converted into a restaurant. The owners, Isabelle and Fabrice Monticelli, already own the bakery of the same name. A friendly and relaxed welcome, simple and tasty dishes, a small terrace in the sun a few meters from the port... what more could you ask for? We enjoyed an octopus salad, a duck breast stuffed with mushrooms and a homemade tropezienne. The dish of the day could have done the trick with an excellent quality-price ratio. We recommend it if you are in Sanary.
