Hotel-restaurant with a lovely terrace around a fountain in Seillans, offering semi-gastronomic Provencal cuisine.

Éric Brunel, a former jeweller, is happy to tell you a true Pagnol-style story! This story is also that of his parents' bakery with its bread oven replaced in 2005 by the ovens of the first version of the restaurant, until the takeover of the former Hotel de France Clariond which later became Le Relais. Today, the establishment enjoys almost the whole of the pretty square, adorned with a beautiful fountain and shaded by hundred-year-old plane trees. Guests flock here to discover a semi-gastronomic cuisine.

ca ne vaut pas tous les commentaires elogieux que je vois !! nous sommes aller dejeuner le 15 aout a midi une fois assis 15 a 20 mns avant qu un serveur vienne quasi de veau de mauvaise qualité servi avec de la purée cuite a l eau 7 euros le verre de rose du var moin bon que celui que j achete au domaine de l escarelle a la celle 83 vraiment tres cher payé pour ce qu on a eu je ne retournerai pas ni le conseillerai !!!!

This authentic restaurant set in a pretty village of the VAr offers fine cuisine and fresh. I particularly recommend eating here during sunny days in order to enjoy the tables on the beautiful square of the village dotted with pretty fountains.
