Right in the heart of Sillans, this surprising little address appeals to us. A grocery store and microbrewery, it features local produce (notably organic vegetables) and, of course, beer produced on site. You can also dine here on gourmet bistro-style dishes such as burgers and tartare. The beers produced here are hand-crafted and bear names evocative of the region (we love the "perfect Bresque"). Blonde, amber, brown and even white depending on the season, you can find La Gaudinette's beers on the markets in summer.
