Taken over in 2016 by the chef Thomas Pernot, Lou Figuier has nevertheless kept its red thread: traditional Provençal cuisine, with a few extra oriental touches to satisfy the cravings for something different. The menu, renewed every month, includes all the suggestions present in the two menus. For example, beef samosa with spices and mango chutney, octopus stew with rouille, packet feet, and locally caught fish. The desserts follow the trend: homemade, they are renewed with the seasons.
