Built in 1695, its advantageous location between the bay of Sanary and the harbour of Brusc gives it an essential role in the protection of the coastline. Reorganized under Louis Philippe I between 1846 and 1850, it is now an interesting place of exhibition. It is a visit not to be missed during your holidays in Six-Fours-les-Plages, especially if you are interested in history.
