Created by a former employee of the Maison Ricard and Bardouin, a passionate master Liquorist, The Liquoristerie de Provence was first bought by the Maunier Group, before joining the family bosom, the Château de Saint Martin, Var vineyard estate, Classified Vintage with a strong historical past and rich architectural heritage. The Liquoristerie de Provence is famous for its P'tit Bleu, the pastis made popular by its beautiful turquoise colour inspired by the Calanques, with its particular freshness and aromas. It is also known to be one of the pioneers of the return to grace of Absinthe with the famous Versinthe. This Liquoristerie is also a master of Provence's scents and aromas providing its range of liquors and spirits with picturesque names of Aqualanca, Figoun, Melopepo and highlighting all the subtleties of the terroir. It should be noted that the Château Saint Martin was already distilling spirit called "marc" in Provence, firstly aged in new oak barrels to extract the colour and, secondly in older oak barrels in order to make its alcohol tender.
