Along with Clos Mireille (located in La Londe-les-Maures) and Château Romassan (Le Castellet), Château de Selle is one of the three properties that make up Domaines Ott*. A former residence of the Counts of Provence, Château de Selle acquired a new winery in 2017, which in itself constitutes a wine tourism visit. With 84 hectares of vineyards, the property produces a rosé of exquisite finesse and texture, as well as a racy and elegant red.

Nous sommes allés aujourd'hui au Domaines Ott.....

Superbe bâtiment, personnel de service très sympathique. Nous avons surtout pu déguster la nouvelle création by.OTT. Les roses classiques des 3 châteaux ont malheureusement été épuisées.

Bien sûr, il est agréable de le visiter si vous êtes dans la région. Mais le château lui-même est hyper moderne. Je l'ai trouvé un peu comme un crématorium. Dommage. Mais la rose est super ! !!
