CHÂTEAU RASQUE
The estate, created by Gérard and Monique Biancone, extends over an immense 100-hectare plateau where the vines are planted south-facing on a stony hillside. Manual harvesting, a competent team and modern equipment in the vinification and ageing cellars ensure that the AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines of Sophie Courtois Biancone, who took over from her parents, are of a quality recognised by the greatest sommeliers, chefs and restaurateurs. Discover the white of white, 100% rolle, aromatic and silky, the Alexandra rosé, feminine and elegant, the Pièce Noble, complex and powerful red, Clos de Madame, in all three colours and the latest addition, Hermitage. The estate now offers 4 guest rooms in the bastide of the castle. With the ardour of her youth and her knowledge of wine, this young winegrower runs this vast estate with passion, omnipresent in the vines, from pruning to harvesting and vinification. She also supervises the Clos Jasmin at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain and the Hermitage de Saint-Pons in Figanières, a property acquired in 2003.
