From the 10th to the 18th century, the monks of Lérins built an underground cellar where the wines still mature today in ideal conditions. A Côtes-de-Provence Cru Classé, the estate produces complex, refined wines. Owned by the same family since 1740, it has almost always been run by women, today by Comtesse Adeline de Barry. Premium craft spirits are also produced here. Don't miss Vivinospirit Expériences, monthly events at the Château, and the Festival Rire en Vigne in July.

Low season : open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. High season: every day and holidays from 10am to 7pm. Parking. 5 guest rooms. Free classical tasting for individuals. Visits possible all year round during opening hours.
