At the helm of Beam! 4 mains: chef Arnaud Tabarec, ex-étoilé from the top of his 5ᵉ floor at the Five Seas Hôtel in Cannes, and chef Harry Isé. Both with this freedom to create to the rhythm of the seasons and their desires, but above all the desire to break codes. No menu, no set menu, but a committed, gourmet and delicate cuisine, like the promise of an unforgettable encounter around tasty dishes such as "Miso red sea bass", "Vegetables from here and now" sublimated by a coconut-lemongrass and green curry broth.
