This famous glacier-lounge, transformed into a restaurant-brasserie by Brigitte Lorain, in a contemporary spirit and refined, offers you a nice palette of simple and tasty dishes, and of tapas sets: Northern smoked salmon salad, herring net, oil apples, fresh cream and dill, a beautiful plate of cochonaille with cup ham, Guémené massive, sausage, bacon, butter, gherkins and onions, or a nice galette with its crushed (tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, roasted aubergines, butter aillé and veined)… The map varies according to the seasons and will not disappoint you!
