LA THÉIÈRE
Attached to the opera house, a beautiful hall and a terrace with a glass roof (open summer), where you can mingle in a small, rustic and chic air, the soft colours of Parma and Green, refined dishes, double coatings… A decoration drawn up by the care of Dominica, in addition to the furniture used by the people of Dominica and a painted screen collected by its husband, Chef Bruno Bazzano. Since 2005, he has served us at this address of five family of dishes, which vary in composed salad, first platto (Italian so!), fish, meat and a "health" plate where everything is cooked to steam: cod filet virgin sauce with green olives and tomato brunoise, pavé cod and vegetables. We are happy to take a break from 15 pm for a tea and coffee break with a few pastries, jam jam, chocolate moelleux.
