Right in the heart of Toulon, L'Équerre, the bar-restaurant of neighboring Eautel, welcomes you in an exceptional setting, under a XIXᵉ glass roof attributed to the Ateliers Eiffel and restored to its original condition. Here, Chef Nicolas Maïer offers daring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, both land and sea, prepared with fresh, local and seasonal produce. At aperitif time, house cocktails can be accompanied by tapas to share (or not!), and the Sunday brunch (by reservation only) is well worth a visit.
