atelier injoignable
Impossible de joindre l'atelier par téléphone. L'accueil vous transfert puis après un long moment vous basculez de nouveau sur l’hôtesse qui vous demande de rappeler dans un moment. Après 3 jours, j'ai fini par me déplacer, pas évident au niveau horaire et distance. Au moins un employé de plus en atelier permettrait peut-être de palier au problème.
