The Tâm Thê is a very ancient Vietnamese art, updated by master Tong, which consists of active meditation, the opportunity and joy to remain present through slow movements. There are many benefits, such as the development of body consciousness, flexibility, balance, tone, muscle relaxation in action, improvement of respiratory management. Concentratin and attention training creates healing, thus freeing memory and adaptability capabilities and sensitivity to subtle energies.
