Très bon accueil. On peut y réserver les musées payants ou les attractions environnantes à un prix préférentiel. Bonnes visites guidées de la ville.

En général l'office fait bonne impression. Bien placé. Il faudrait améliorer les horaires d'ouverture des dimanche et jours fériés, et ouvrir le mardi comme les autres jours de la semaine.
