Since 2020, Chef Christophe Schmitt, who has worked in the kitchens of Meilleur Ouvrier de France Jean-Yves Leuranguer, has taken over from Philippe Jourdin, whose second-in-command he was until then. His love of products leads him to work directly with local producers. In 2023, the Faventia was awarded a Michelin star. The chef is also in charge of the Gaudina Lounge, the Caroubiers, the restaurant and lounge bar of the club house, and the Tousco and its cabanas, near the infinity pool.
