RESTAURANT LA GROTTE
Bistronomic restaurant in Trans-en-Provence offering a unique concept of meal and show
The restaurant of the Auberge du vieux moulin is located in an authentic cave, formerly the Sainte-Catherine cave, whose thousand-year-old concretions unfold their volutes above your heads. The owners are Olivier Pupin and José Maréchal, a chef known for his cookbooks on verrines published by Marabout. Another bistronomic restaurant, Studio 887, installed in a new room under the cave, a unique concept of meal-spectacle, offers 2 hours of interactive show, a 360° digital journey through fantastic worlds.
