Olive-growing cooperative producing its oils in a traditional mill dating from 1924. Direct sales on site and in the village.
The olive oils of the cooperative are made in a traditional mill of 1924, with a grinding of olives by millstone and a pressing of the paste obtained by scourtins. A traditional equipment that crushes about a hundred tons of olives per year. Two ranges of olive oils are offered, the AOC Provence in matured olives and the traditional oil. The olive oil is sold on the spot and in the village shops.
