CHÂTEAU MOURESSE
Since their arrival in 2008 in this 23 hectare estate situated in the middle of umbrella pines, facing the Maures massif, Christophe and Hynde Bouvet, artisan winegrowers, have been practising traditional cultivation without chemicals or pesticides. The vines are divided into 7 varieties: syrah, cabernet-sauvignon for the reds, cinsault, grenache for the rosés, rolle, semillon and clairette for the whites 0They produce three AOP Côtes-de-Provence cuvées, in all three colours, which are regularly awarded prizes in competitions. In 2017, they bought the 32-hectare adjoining Domaine des Vérans, bringing the estate to 55 hectares with a new Grands pins en rosé cuvée.
