In the heart of Vinon, on the lively course, the bistro unfolds its beautiful terrace and proposes a varied menu, made of tempting suggestions, 100% home-made and which vary every 15 days. This day, a "maquis" plate (the boss is Corsican and the products are therefore scrupulously chosen), tartars, the farmer's burger, cannelloni with brocciu but also a pad thaï with shrimps, a lamb mouse confit or a piglet breast. Une pause déjeuner imprévue qui s'est transformée en un moment incroyable. Un accueil au top, une cuisine à l'accent corse excellente. Produits frais, bière locale, vin corse. Une adresse à tester ! Pour nous, elle fait dorénavant partie de nos coups de cœur où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
