In the heart of the Vaucluse, the Abbey of Sainte-Madeleine du Barroux continues the long tradition of olive oil production of the monks, which has existed here since the 6th century. Today, it is the only monastery in France to have its own mill. The monks produce three olive oils from a sustainable agriculture of the varieties Verdale de Carpentras and Tanche. In the store, you will find the Reialo, fiery and tonic, the Siavo, with a black fruity taste, and the Joïo, soft and tender.
