There are really days when one would like to become a student again because the wine university at the Suze-la-Rousse castle is a magical place. The university opened its doors in 1978. It was created by vignerons and oenologists who wanted to bring together all the activities that affect the wine sector in order to advance the quality of French wines and make them known to consumers in all countries.
