Beaux produits, jolie boutique, et surtout je remercie Julie pour sa gentillesse, relation attentionnée et patience à mon égard ^^ Suite à un petit souci de prix avec une marque elle n’a pas hésité à s’aligner sur le nouveau prix pratiqué par le designer qui avait décidé sans prévenir au préalable Matière et Couleur d’une promotion à venir. Avoir des beaux produits et conseils avisés c’est très bien mais c’est dans l’approche clientèle et relation commerciale (sav notamment) que l’on reconnaît des pros. Merci aussi au reste de l’équipe notamment Marion.
