Mamie Lise is the guardian of the Savoyard gourmet tradition. Whether you enjoy the peaceful terrace at the entrance to the old town, or the rooms that are a feast for the eyes, you'll always be warmly welcomed and certain to enjoy the authentic home cooking of chef Patrice Clerc. Traditional recipes are blended with contemporary notes, as in this caramelized onion soup deglazed with white wine. A succession of delights to suit all tastes: cheese specialities based on Val d'Arly cheeses, Arctic char fillet, homemade desserts.

Très bon restaurant avec une carte variée. Vous trouverez de bons plats de poissons, viandes, salades mais surtout de bonnes spécialités savoyardes!

Le cadre est du pure savoyard, tout en bois, rustique et avec des objets de la montagne. C'est fabuleux, et on est plongé au sommet de la montagne. L'accueil est convivial, et la cuisine tout aussi authentiquement savoyarde. Le chef est bon et les produits frais. C'est génial, et il vaut mieux réserver, car le samedi, c'est vite plein.

Savoyard cuisine and rustic setting make this place an unavoidable place of Annecy. All downside: we were the feastday lake and planes reserved our table (5personnes), but were a little tight at the table. We are however understand there in view of the world in the streets of the city that day.
