Whether you enjoy the peaceful terrace at the entrance to the old town, or the rooms that are a feast for the eyes, you'll always be warmly welcomed and certain to enjoy the authentic home cooking of chef Patrice Clerc. Traditional recipes are blended with contemporary notes, as in this caramelized onion soup deglazed with white wine. A succession of delights to suit all tastes: cheese specialities based on Val d'Arly cheeses, Arctic char fillet, homemade desserts.
