LE PICHET
Excellent Savoyard cuisine in a restaurant with terrace just a stone's throw from the Thiou Canal in Annecy.
And if the Pichet was one of the great surprises at the entrance to the old town. A dream location near the Thiou Canal and old prisons for a restaurant that has chosen its camp with Savoyard specialties, except for a frog formula not unpleasant. Terrace a little in the passage, but the room offers a warm refuge. It's a great place to stay in a warm and friendly atmosphere. But what makes the difference is that the Pichet takes advantage of the know-how of a genuine cook who knows how to honor local products and dishes. Simple plateaux (Savoyard or Aravis) with carefully selected and carefully cooked products, pearls of milled lake perch, fondue and tartiflettes. Coup de coeur du Futé and a gourmand council by choosing the Matouille des Bauges that will take you to a corner (and a little more). Myrtilles or tributes if you have room left. And to fill the Pichet, a good Savoie wine, of course, like this monkey. A nice surprise.
