Restaurant renowned for its longevity in the Old City of Annecy.

Always faithful, always open and clever, this Savoyard chimney sweep is always busy! An address that belongs to the Chevallay family who can be proud of its history. An address that we admire for its longevity, but that we do not totally approve of for its cuisine. The setting is inspired by the region, as is the cuisine made with good products - charcuterie and meat from Baud's, andouillette from Claude Bellang's, farmhouse cheeses from the Aravis - but without the extra flavour that makes the difference in the end. It's OK, but not unforgettable either. Savoie burger, perch fillets and cheese specialities. Nice selection of wines. A chimney sweep that can do better.

Rien à redire sur la courtoisie et la rapidité du service. Déçu en revanche par la qualité de la cuisine. Les burgers, dont un est arrivé avec la mauvaise cuisson, n’étaient pas bons. Cote prix, 50 euros pour 2 apéritifs et 2burgers, le compte n’y est pas. La télé allumée casse le cadre authentique, dommage.

Un restaurant familial agréable un peu à l'écart de la foule - la cuisine est bonne - l'ambiance est sympathique . j'y retourne à chaque voyage à Annecy.

Confirmation de l'avis du petit futé: des bons produits, qui pourraient mieux être mis en valeur. Exemple dans le plat du jour photographié ci-joint: filet d'églefin, riz absolument sans saveur. Cadre agréable (photos de jazzmen et documents historiques), service très sympa.
