Who would be surprised to find a Breton crêperie among the local institutions? In the ever-bustling Rue Carnot, a Bolée created over 40 years ago, perfect for a stopover between two boutiques. Quality ingredients, home cooking and a bolée of Breton cider to accompany a wide choice of Breton buckwheat galettes, some vegetarian, or wheat crêpes, sweet, flambéed or iced versions, all well stocked with fresh produce. At 44, on the same street, there's another lovely terrace by La Bolée, the ice-cream parlour version. Homemade, artisanal ice creams made with quality ingredients and original flavors. A Bolée without fail.
