At this end of the old town, Juliette and chef Yasuki Oshima have had the audacity and excellent idea to set up their pocket restaurant offering the best traditional Japanese cuisine in the whole region. A pleasant terrace on the cobblestones for a gourmet break from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy a delicious pan-fried salmon with teriyaki rice sauce and miso soup for a small price. Simple but so good. The menu takes us to the rising sun with specialties as surprising as they are tasty, like this Japanese Okonomiyaki pancake with seafood or beef tendon. Foie gras sushi with caramelized eel is not to be missed. Minami, a little Japanese paradise in the heart of Annecy.
