RESTAURANT L'ATLAS
Woks, burgers and world cuisine to be enjoyed in a restaurant with a terrace just a stone's throw from the lake in Annecy.
Just a few steps from the lake, at the entrance of the Old Town on one side and the shopping streets on the other, this Atlas occupies a true strategic position open in all directions. This is probably what inspired the map of this Atlas, which also leaves in all directions. Beginning with the one that goes in the direction of many visitors with the fondue, including a Savoyarde, served with a gratin dauphinois to reinforce the "local" aspect, and the decinsions of tartiflette. In a building that has character (former gourmet restaurant elsewhere…) and has a beautiful terrace, you choose between a «world cuisine» from the woks to marinic mussels, and the legs of frogs' frogs, accompanied by mayonnaise… in sachet! The quality of the dishes makes it difficult to pay tribute to the excellent craftsmen of the selected taste.

En effet , sur le dessus des champignons de moisissure recouvraient une bonne partie du plat! C'est honteux et inacceptable! Et quelle ironie car cet établissement est recommandé en 2017 par l'institution du "Petit Futé".
Conclusion: cette expérience culinaire me reste en travers de la gorge et ce repas va me peser sur l'estomac.
